Fantastic location, been to Arnside a few times but never stayed there. Cottage comfortable and well equipped. We were there for a week with 3 dogs and were able to go on walks without the car. Some were very wet!

Ideal place to stay for us, close to the Lake District for walks with our dog. However we found Arnside a great place to explore that we spent several days closer to home, walking up the Arnside Knott and exploring the shoreline. Rowan Bank is well placed and an easy walk into Arnside. It worked well for us with our dog. The cottage was comfortableRead more, well set up for visitors. Although the garden is steep, there are terraces and it was very easy to enjoy breakfast there on a sunny morning. Hide

Great accommodation in a lovely part of the UK. The property is well equipped from the kitchen to the lounge and bedrooms. Lovely spacious garden for children and dogs to run around in. Just a short distance from the train station so you can visit other nearby towns. Overall a great place to stay, just a shame we cant rely on the British weather

We had a lovely stay, it had everything we needed for the week. The steps up to front door felt hard work at first but after a week of good walks . We was almost running up them! Great base for any holiday.

A comfortable cottage within a quick walk of Arnside town centre, breach and train station. It is a lovely area with plenty of walks, train rides, bird spotting or cycles. The garden is terraced so not suitable for kids to play in, inaccessible for the less mobile and isn't fenced sufficiently to stop dogs wandering off.
