This lovely 2 bedroomed property has been created from an old spinner’s workshop in the centre of the village over-looking the square. It is set on a cobbled lane formally known as Leather, Rag and Putty Street.

The property has all the benefits of modern convenience whilst retaining many original features. The fantastic beams and the wood burning stove make this a welcoming base for those wanting to explore the mountains and lakes or simply wander around the flower-filled lanes and cobbled yards.

Hawkshead offers a variety of shops and places to drink and eat
