This charming first floor studio apartment for two right in the centre of Hawkshead with views onto the village square. The apartment is decorated and furnished with real flair and offers a high degree of comfort, ideal for any time of year.
This property is ideal for those seeking quality accommodation which is both convenient for strolling around the village whilst offering easy access to walks and cycles in Grizedale Forest and the surrounding fells.
THE ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES OF
Outside steps lead to the first floor stable door entrance which opens into a well equipped fitted Kitchen/dining room electric cooker, fridge, microwave and with deep-set windows which look out to the side of the property. There is also hanging space for walking gear.
From the Kitchen a door leads to the main studio room which has a double bed and a living room area with comfy seating and tv. Decorated and furnished in a colonial style with co-ordinated colours.
The bathroom has a bath with hand-held shower attachment, basin and wc.
There are fitted carpets throughout and heating is by night storage heaters making it ideal for use all year round.

Comment: In a fantastic location in the centre of Hawshead; 4 great pubs just seconds away. Accommodation good.
If using more than one car, parking could be an issue. An improvement would be WI-FI and a normal shower over the bath.Kitchen storage heating radiator never worked during stay - this should have been checked out prior to our arrival.
Despite the comments above,we enjoyed our stay and would return again someday.
