The family-run business offers comfortable, warm cottage/apartments. There is plenty of space, with a safe, sunny paddock ideal for children to play and dogs to let of steam. The farm is an ideal base for families, walking ,cycling groups (accomodation for groups up to 45) and welcomes many repeat visitors .
It is only a short stroll to the lake stocked with trout - ideal for fishing /picnics/paddling and enjoying the views ! This is a great, quiet location - tucked away from the main road but close to village pub and a good base from which to explore the Lakes or simply walk in the gentle surrounding countryside.

Comment: Nice, roomy cottage in spite of the small refrigerator. Loved the path to Esthwaite water and the sheep. Marvelous walk to Moss Eccles Tarn!
