The south facing garden with a choice of patios and lawns on which to relax is perfect for soaking up the tranquility of this lovely area.
Ben Fold also owns an extended area beyond the cottage with trees and footpaths adjoining farmers’ fields.

THE ACCOMMODATION COMPRISES OF
The pretty door surrounded by roses and honeysuckle leads into the open plan kitchen/living/dining room. This room has a new “Stanley”Aga, fridge freezer, microwave, washer, dining table and chairs. A low beamed ceiling - (tall people beware!!), with sofa and armchairs which surround the open fire and TV with Sky Freeview.
There are 3 rooms upstairs. A double with en-suite washbasin and toilet, a twin room, and a second sitting room with sofa bed TV/DVD (again with Sky ) which can be used as a 3rd bedroom. From here there is a second outside entrance to the lane.
The bathroom has electric shower over the bath, basin and wc.
There is oil central heating and a phone for local calls.
There is a heated outside drying room with dryer for the occassional wet days !
