Comment: The property was very comfortable and well equipped. The property was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The conservatory was a real asset for leaving boots and coats.
It is in a nice location just a short walk from the village, and with views over the fields. Although there were a lot more sheep than in the pictures!
The walk to Tarn Hows is lovely. We enjoyed the cruise on Windermere but perhaps a rowing boat might have been more fun if the weather had been better!
We had good fish and chips and mushy peas at the pub in the village.
We would love to visit again.
