Comment: Such a lovely apartment that this is our second successive year, and we are planning to come back next year. There are lovely walks locally, use of the boats is great and the putting green and ping-pong table were well used. Highly recommended!

Comment: Very comfortable accommodation. Who needs a
television when the view outside the window over
Esthwaite Water, Grizedale Forest and the Old
Man of Coniston is constantly changing, because
of the weather. This apartment has some of the
best sunset views available... Assuming it is
sunny!

Comment: Very clean and well appointed flat. Dishwasher would have been a help. Situation ideal especially with boats, life jackets and childrens play area. The warden very helpful when needed.
Hope to return when we visit the Lakes again. Thank you.

Comment: We had never stayed at Broomriggs before but will definately be back. The photos do not do this place justice, very spacious rooms and very comfortable. Great central location to base your holiday from as right in the heart of the lake Disrict. I would recommend this accomModation, would suit most parties from couples to families.

Comment: The flat is very comfortable with everything we needed. We had a very peaceful and relaxing week. Alan the on-site caretaker is helpful and friendly. We particularly enjoyed being able to walk up through the back of the property up to Moss Eccles Tarn and beyond.

Comment: What a great base from which to explore the lakes. The accommodation was homely, and the view of the sun setting over the Coniston fells, Crinkle Crags and Bowfell took our breath away. Thank you for making our holiday such a great time.
